For more than a decade every graduating student of Robert Land Academy has been accepted to the post-secondary programs they have applied for. Once again the 2019 graduating class of Robert Land Academy has achieved a 100% acceptance rate to university or college.
Students, who will celebrate Commencement with a Graduate Dinner and Baccalaureate speaker on June 14 and Graduation Parade and Closing Ceremonies on June 15, have all received offer letters from numerous schools and have made a final decision on which school they will attend.
While some RLA students in past years have attended university in the United States and the United Kingdom, this year all of our graduates will be staying in Canada and attending institutions including the University of Toronto, Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, Ryerson University, Dalhousie University, York University, Western University, Durham College, McMaster University and Niagara College.
Several of our graduates will be attending the same university in September, however, their programs of choice are very different and include political science, social sciences, English, commerce, international economics, business management, firefighting, chemical and physical sciences, mathematics and statistics, and culinary skills.
The wide range of programs the students have been accepted into showcase not only the talent of our students and their commitment to hard work, but also that Robert Land Academy offers a high level of academic learning required to earn acceptance into university programs as well as a course calendar that allows our students to tailor their high school learning to their career goals.
Robert Land Academy is proud of the Class of 2019 and all of their accomplishments, including earning a 100% post-secondary acceptance rate.
