Robert Land Academy Celebrates 35 Years in Operation

Students, faculty and staff gathered to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Robert Land Academy.  On September 11, 1978 Robert Land Academy first opened its doors to students.  Twenty-eight students attended the Academy in its inaugural year.  Today, approximately 125 students attend throughout the school year (September to June).

Robert Land Academy is a not-for-profit private military style international boarding school for boys.  Students from all over the world attend, including Canada, United States, Mexico, Europe, the Far East, the Middle East and beyond.  The Academy has a solid reputation for helping boys who struggle in traditional public and private school settings to realize their potential academically, physically and emotionally.  An overwhelming majority of students at Robert Land Academy experience a dramatic increase in their academic performance within their first year of attendance, and traditionally, 100% of the Academy's graduates who apply to university or college are accepted into their program of choice.

The Academy plans to recognize its 35th year in operation with several other scheduled events throughout the year including The Scarlet Parade Gala Dinner & Auction held each year in May, the Annual Inspection (open house) also held in May, as well as other functions which will include the students and alumni.
